Refund and Return Policy

At Trinity Roofing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy.

1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and unopened products for a full refund.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Items
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
